We start with understanding the environment and our customers. Don’t skip this part of the process, it is well worth spending time up front here, to save energy and questions in the future

 

1. Market Environment & Understanding

This isn’t about you, this is about the market you want to operate in. We’ll cover all of the elements you should be looking at, that could impact the launch or growth of your business.

 

2. Understanding your customer

You need to understand the profile of your ideal customer? What do they look like and what is important to them. Once you know this, you will be able to tailor your messaging to them

 

3. Competitor Analysis

We don’t want to be obsessed with your competitors, that can take way too much energy, but its important to know who they are and what else you are competing with. Here we will go over the framework for this

4. Market Research

It could cost you money if you skip this step. Market research is vital in providing data driven insights into your market and your target customers. We’ll discuss here how you do it and what you need to look out for

 

5. SWOT Analysis

The bridge between strategy and execution. A lot of people do a SWOT then leave it there. During this module I will teach you how to turn this into strategies and priorities

We will then move into the Execution phase of your plan. The work you have done in the earlier modules will pay off here and it will be easier than you think

 

6.   Product Definition

You know your product inside out right? Or do you? Lets dig into the specifics of your product and whats important for your customer?

 

7. Sales Strategies

Selling can take shape in various forms. During this module I’ll go through your options and we’ll discuss some of the pros and pitfalls of each

 

8. Pricing

This can be one of the hardest of all. We’ll look at different methodologies for pricing to help you decide what would work best for your business

 

9. Promotion

There are so many different forms of promotion and most of them do cost money. We can go through the different options to allow you to cover what could work for your business

 

10. Critical Success Factors

Your business is going to be strong, you will deliver the recognised revenue you need, however its important to take a moment to look at what you need to happen, for it to be successful

 

11. Building your pipeline

You built your sales funnel in an earlier module, now we look at bring everything together to build you a strong pipeline of business. You want to fill the top of the funnel, however the work doesn’t stop once they’re in. We look at how you bring and convert deals to revenue

 

12. Measuring success

You did it! You have launched your business or you are scaling and experiencing growth..but how do we measure that. Lets take a look at some of the metrics you can use to determine if your tactics are working for you. If they’re not, you can then switch them up to another tactic and save the additional spend
